Shana, a member of the Under Armour Training Team, is a TRX and American Council on exercise master instructor and a six-time world champion lumberjack athlete. She holds a degree in Kinesiology\u2028- Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and is a certified personal trainer through ACE, NASM and NFPT. An energetic and personable speaker, she is also the National spokesperson for the Huntington’s Disease Society of America.

I'm glad it felt easy! Remember, by simply moving your feet there are MANY ways to make all of the exercises harder. A version of this with more advanced moves will be released tomorrow.

Returning to TRX after a too long break. This was just right. I feel like jello. I liked being able to move at my own pace instead of counting reps. I could just focus on the movement and make adjustments. Thank you!

Can u group all the exercises with the same length of trx so that one does not have to do adjustments all the time? Thx
Unfortunately the length is set per exercise and for many exercises is essential to be correct. I suggest doing a quick "practice round" of adjusting your straps to the various lengths (fully shortened, fully lengthened, mid length, mid calf length) so that it comes easy during the workout. You on way too fast and we are not getting much benefit from each excessive. Slow the transitions down
Yes, sometimes transitions can be tricky when new to TRX. The timing was calculated for an ideal work to rest ratio. If there is a bit of a struggle, feel free to pause the video and begin again when you are ready to start the exercise. It will get easier the more you do it- keep up the great work!
What an awesome format! A few of those exercises I would have ordinarily avoided as too hard but the format gave me the courage to try. With success! Believe it or not the hardest part for me was at the end when you said take a bow. I tried to keep my legs straight it hurt a lot and I couldn't go down that far. Any suggestions?
Ha, that's actually a tricky stretch! Your distance in front of the anchor will affect it, as will how soft your knees are. No need to stress about it, just let the knees bend and enjoy!

It may seem that way, but I promise there is cord tension the entire time. The "wiggle" is the ultimate goal from lots of power!
